What's the weekly ordering window?

We accept orders seven days a week, but orders placed Wednesday–Sunday are roasted and packed Monday–Tuesday; orders placed Monday or Tuesday may miss that week’s roast schedule and will be processed the following week..

What days are orders roasted & packed?


All wholesale orders placed during the order window are roasted and packed Monday–Tuesday.

What day do orders ship?


Shipped orders go out every Wednesday via UPS or USPS. Your order will be updated with shipping tracking information which will contain the estimated arrival date.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. Local accounts with weekly orders are routed for delivery every Wednesday and Thursday.

Is shipping or delivery free?

All orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 incur a pass through shipping charge that is added at check out.

Can orders be picked up at the Roastery?

Yes, If you’d like to pick up at the Roastery, select In-Store Pickup at checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours for processing pickup orders.

How do I submit an emergency order request?

If you’re on a tight timeline, reach out and we’ll do our best to speed up the order and help get you the beans you need.

Wholesale Pricing Tiers

What wholesale pricing tier am I in?

Your tier is based on your total wholesale spend per month.

What is the “Wholesale Standard” tier?

Wholesale Standard applies to accounts spending $0–$499 per month.

What is the “Wholesale Partner” tier?

Wholesale Partner applies to accounts spending $500+ per month. Partner accounts qualify for additional Partner Savings on top of our standard wholesale pricing.

When will my pricing update?

After your account is created and your tier is confirmed, the site will automatically display your correct tier pricing when you’re logged in.

Does my tier change if my monthly spend changes?

Yes. Your tier is determined by monthly spend, so it may be adjust if your order volume changes month to month

Sales Tax Exemption Certificates

What documents do you accept to remove sales tax?

We can remove sales tax once we have one of the following on file, depending on your organization.

Accepted documents

• Resale Certificate (for businesses buying items for resale)
• Sales Tax Exemption Certificate or Exemption Letter (for qualified nonprofits, government agencies, and other exempt organizations)
• Out of State Resale Documentation (for qualifying out of state resellers, when applicable)

I’m a business, what do I upload for tax exemption?

If you are purchasing items for resale, upload a Resale Certificate.

Your resale documentation should clearly include

• Business name and address
• Seller name (us)
• A statement that the items are being purchased for resale
• Your reseller permit number (or applicable registration ID)
• Signature and date

I’m a nonprofit, what do I upload for tax exemption?

If you are a qualified tax exempt organization, upload your Tax Exemption Certificate or Exemption Letter that confirms your sales tax exempt status.

Your exemption documentation should include

• Organization name and address
• Exemption ID or exemption number (if applicable)
• Effective date (and expiration date, if listed)

Do you accept a 501(c)(3) letter as a sales tax exemption certificate?

A 501(c)(3) determination letter may confirm federal nonprofit status, but it does not always qualify as a sales tax exemption document by itself.

To approve sales tax exemption, we typically need your state sales tax exemption certificate or exemption letter.

How do I upload my certificate?

Upload your certificate using the upload field in our portal or registration form.

Upload your applicable Tax Exemption Certificate

Once uploaded, our team will review it and apply the exemption to your account if it meets requirements.

When will sales tax be removed from my orders?

Sales tax is removed after review and approval, and it will apply to future orders once your account is updated.

How long does approval take?

Most requests are reviewed within 1 to 2 business days, as long as the document is complete and readable.

What if my document is missing information or is not accepted?

If anything is missing, we’ll reach out and let you know what needs to be corrected so you can re upload an updated certificate.

Will you refund sales tax on past orders?

In most cases, exemptions are applied going forward once documentation is approved. If you believe sales tax was charged in error, contact us and we’ll review the order.
