Our most popular coffee, and for good reason. We roast this Ethiopian to preserve its bright apricot aroma and fruity character. It’s light-roasted, light to medium-bodied, and especially great brewed in a Chemex.
Chemex Brew
- 60g coffee, medium grind
- Rinse filter, then add grounds
- 900ml water at 200°F, slow pour
- Total brew time: 5-5:30 min
