Josué Martínez began his coffee journey in 2015 with 1.4 hectares of unused land and no capital. A friend lent him seedlings to plant just 0.25 hectares, which became Finca Las Delicias. He’s grown carefully, believing specialty coffee demands far more attention per hectare, so he prioritizes processing quality over rapid expansion.
